Azure AD & Intune Migration
Led the transition of company devices off an on-premises Active Directory server into Azure AD via an Intune enrollment and reset workflow. Coordinated the process to minimize downtime and ensured all devices were properly enrolled and policy-compliant post-migration.
Azure AD Intune Microsoft 365 Device Management
Network Switch Replacement
Managed a full network switch replacement, beginning with thoroughly documenting the existing switch configuration. Configured the new hardware to mirror the original setup, ensuring a seamless cutover with no disruption to network services.
Networking Infrastructure Documentation
Uniflow Cloud Print Migration
Migrated the organization to a Uniflow Cloud print server, handling the full rollout from software installation and configuration to hands-on user training. Ensured all staff were comfortable with the new system before go-live.
